PAINTING HOUSE
Painting operations of our products are performed in 2 painting houses we own; after our products are cleaned in washing cauldrons (deoiling, pacification and rinsing cauldrons), they are painted in an electrostatic powder paint conveyor system in accordance with international standards. Products thus painted are protected against scratching to maximum degree. Paint quality and thickness is continuously controlled by our quality control officers regularly by using special measuring instruments.

ADVANTAGES OF USING POWDER PAINT
With respect to security, as it does not contain any solvents, all risks, particularly explosion and fire risks, are eliminated. As to environment protection, its harm to human beings and environment is at minimum level. All our products comply with international norms for protection of human health and environment.

For economy, as it is consisted of dry material by 100%, it provides recycling almost completely to achieve high yield. Furthermore, air change in the polymerization furnaces is very low. For quality, a paint layer from 40 microns to 100-120 microns is created by a single application, providing excellent protection against the surface it covers, internal and external atmosphere conditions, mechanical, chemical and corrosive factors.
